I searched for that ES file the other person said it was but could not find it. I noticed a strange flashlight app that i don't recall downloading but i deleted it from my apps. Turned my phone off of safe mode and it seems to be running fine with no pop ups so far.
ES file explorer used to be one of the best file explorer in Android. But now, it it time to uninstall it. Actually many users already shared their findings of the abnormal behavior of this app.

I faced the same issue but after I removed “malicious” app which name was put in the header nothing really changed! Some “professional” spammers /malware may hide the track.

You should back up the all your data and reset the phone. When restoring the phone, don’t reinstall all apps. You should install trusted apps only. For me, the issue was with Klondike Solitaire.

Select one of the most recently used third party application and uninstall until you notice the ads stop appearing on your Galaxy device. I deleted the led flashlight app and the popups were gone! As Tracy said, this is almost certainly to be down to a third-party app putting ads on your lock screen.

It could be a new app or one that has recently updated. As u can see in the img uploaded, I pressed the left button, multi-windows App to close them, and did a screenshot. The logo it's sort of a green "N" . I've had the same flashlight app for about a year and the ads didn't start until about a month ago, and I don't have any of those other one either. After you uninstall ES file explorer, you should reboot the phone. I followed the guide but it doesn’t work.
